It is reported in my local rag that

"Members of the GMB employed by the British Airline Pilots Association were walking out in protest at changes to their final salary pension scheme."

Since BALPA was formed to fight employers doing this sort of thing to its members, surely this report cannot be true?!!.

The facts are that the GMB are recommending the BALPA offer to their members, and there is no industrial action planned.
