After finally getting my wonderful employer to fork out almost $1000, we got our Xerox 4030 out of the dealers repair shop. 3 years after we gave it in for repair!!! :(

During that time we have moved to NT4 which doesnt appear to support the 4030. I have spent a couple of hours trawling the web looking for drivers to no avail.

Anyone got any ideas which might help?

Thanks.

Two answers from Google Groups :

"You can switch your X4030 to the IBM Proprinter Emulation and use the NT Driver
for Proprinter. It work's very good."

"4030 has no problem using hp series II driver..."

I have good contacts in Xerox IT having worked there for a number of years. They confirm that the only dedicated 4030 drivers are for W3.1/W98. Usual comment was "why would you want to use that printer anyway? Get rid of it!".

Anyhow, seems like you now have a workaround with the IBM/HP drivers, XIT also suggested that so there's a good chance it should work.
