I've got the CD but am not too sure about installing it (I'm using 6.0).

Has anyone tried this version yet?

Good? Bad? In between?

I'd be interested to hear.

Hiya Flinty old chap.....

Well I installed it a couple of weeks ago and it has worked flawlessly from the word go! Now put it on all my machines and it is working really well - very happy.

I had nothing but grief with 6.0. My initial attempts to install it caused serious marital strife and probably removed years from my life! It always locked up my machine here at home, and at work would never access all my screen names, so I stayed with 5.0.

Looks like they have actually got one that works really well.

Anyone here using AOL DSL service?

I STILL have no AT&T Broadband service after 21 days and have ordered AOL "free" for a month to try it out. Would be interested to know anyone's experience with it.

Hmmm. Mixed reaction.

On the whole I've done alright with AOL apart from, I think, 4.0 or 5.0.

Certainly 6.0 was ok so I think I'll give 7.0 a go.

If it all goes pear shaped I can just blame you cyclic

I have been beta testing for some weeks now.

Like most people I had trouble with AOL 6 but after installing AOL 7 the computer is far more stable.

I can't say that I had any real grief with 6.0, but I upgraded to 7.0, and everything seems fine, the few glitches I experienced have gone.

I had a few problems with 6.0 deciding to randomly disconnect itself, ususally when I was in the middle of something important. I'm glad to say, though, that I've had no trouble whatsoever with 7.0 and can recommend it. I'm not really into all the fancy coloured E-mails etc as they are only fancy to those others with AOL but the rest of the stuff is good.

And.....
