Nice photo, RII,

The JR looks a bit like Billy-No-Mates amongst all those Robbies :)

LooL, true ;-)

At one time i counted 19 Helis in that field, 10 R44's ;-)

There was quite some traffic at that day, at peak times a landing every 3-5 minutes. Almost as busy as the Ballybrit racetrack the day before.

ahhh.... so this is how Frank is looking at manufacturing the R66....

Put the cows in the field with the JR bull....

A litle bit of grass and loving and out pops an R66

Back in the "good old days" we used to park up to seven helis along the stone quayside outside that field. The drill was tails over the water regardless of wind - to make more room - and with no ground frequency or handler either..............:)

Helmet and flak jacket as I dive for cover.............

@Heliski:

We still land on the quay on normal days, but the IAA told us in advance of the raceweek that they don't really appreciate that := and that they will be on the site to watch us. ;)

And i must say that's fair enough with so much people around.....
