Heard through the grapevine that Jet connection in Frankfurt have gone bust, anyone know if its true?

Heard that, too. Maybe it's all rumours, but maybe it has to do with the nasty accident that one of their CL604s was involved in on Dec. 25th last year in Almaty... The F/O died in this crash.

Not a Rumour, it is true and will be official within the next couple of days, they already stopped flying....

I was told last week that an application has been made for the liquidation and that they are in the process of working through it :(

Closedown confirmed to me by FRA handlers yesterday, but no further word about the liquidation process.

No not looking to buy but they owe us some money as my client paid cash for fuel and now they are out of business. So I am looking for owner information or maybe try and impound aircraft or something.
I think at moment aircraft is in States on a 96month mx deal (or somethng shady like that). The owner what I can work out is a Ranier Wenz but not quite sure.
