Was wondering if anyone has some software that can be used in a flash card type way to remember all the highly important facts and figures about the aircraft we fly.

I seem to recall something like this being advertised here in a banner, but Ive been sitting here for ages waiting for it to come up and all I get is easyjet recruitment and some others :)

Anyway, something free would be preferable.. some of us are still struggling GA types you know..

If you have Powerpoint, set up a slideshow presentation?

I have seen the new CQAR from BAE Systems UK. It takes the ARINC 573 from the FDR feed (or RS232) and sticks it onto a PCMCIA 20Mb card. You get 20+ hours of flight data.

Perhaps not what you are looking for as they are £5000 each and you need their IHUM system running as well (which costs a bit).

What about using a notepad and pen?

Thanks for the replys.

On re-reading my 1st post I wasn't very clear.

What I need is something I can use to help me remember weights, pressures, from memory checklist items etc.

If all else fails I can make something with VB or even access, but I assume that there is already something out there.
