Anyone out their know how I can stop this annoying grey box offering to install "flash 5" Macromedia for free? popping up every 30 seconds..... aw $hit there it goes again!!

Some of the advert banners you see here are written in Flash. That means the graphics it is able to do is far better than the "old" format of .GIF Many sites now use Flash so it's a worthy download.

As Buttons says, download it!
