Is it possible for me to do my flight training tax free, as I have dual citizenship for SA and Denmark.

I have used the search function!!!

No, you can not as it is a service is provided to you in this country. It is not refundable. I know that a commercial license course is tax free in Germany and probably Denmark too - but not in SA.
