Just curious if anyone had any idea about the VA CoS.
Finalized pay/leave etc etc etc.
Any info would be much appreciated.

They are great, up there with world standards! You can be rostered 1000 hours with 9 days off a month! Capt package around $200k, and F/O about $140k approx. Pay for rating etc etc. I don't think management even know what the T & C's are, its all a bit wishy washy! Very professional!
And as per the contract,
Ah, yes, the contract. An individual employment contract where a collective agreement should be in place. That is exactly how they get away with eroding conditions -- make it pilot V pilot.
