It worked !! I can't beleive the difference it has made. I know others out there that have the same problem and I will be giving them your carefuly worded instructions. It seems to be a common problem on "2nd user" computers in particular.
Unlike yourself I am just "Widebodied" and not the engineer bit. Which is why you had to spell out for me what needed to be done, so, thanks very much for taking the time and trouble to do that. Anybody else with the same problem can use the "fix" with confidence.....it works!
I am constantly amazed at how helpful & friendly everyone is on this forum. Most of the threads on the other forums invairably end up with people slagging each other off, doesn't seem to happen on this forum, let's hope it stays like that.
