You get new roster every month, ie random with x guaranteed days off, ie not really a commuting type of job. Pay is standard for Germany wich means not that good when you compare to UK based outfits. Nice people. Mainly fly German and European destinations. They are looking for another Challenger Captain but I believe they have found candidates that will be called in for assessment over the next couple of months.
