China Airlines CEO quit due to high fuel prices according to the Wall street journal. Could this be a good sign in regards to expat hiring again.

Local media are reporting resigned due to corruption and charges of bribes and backhanders over the Airbus A350 orders.

i dont think they will be hiring expats, they just cancelled 50 freighters flights for july alone, Taiwanese aviation is on the down turn.

The reason I ask about the expats jobs is Mr Ringo Chao himself stoped the expat hiring and the Taiwan guys are jumping ship aswell.
