Having travelled around most of Europe over the last few years as a corporate pilot, I think that it is worth pating several companies on the back for a job well done.
Not just our employers / owners how about the handling agents, the caterers or even the security if they use their common sense.

I would like to be controversial and mention the security at Londonderry. The staff there used their common sense when I turned up in full gold regalia into the wrong queue. Rather than confisgating my soap and deodorant, they realised that I was about to strap a CJ on my back and create havok in the air.
None of this Stansted idiocracy.

Talking of jobsworths - the airport manager / a high vis vest / Luton airport and the ability to treat staff and customers like minions.
Now I see why security staff act poorly towards crew, they are being treated with no respect by their managers. - Disgraceful.

Good Agents - Ibizair, very friendly and helpful.
Poor Agents - Genoa - don't work sundays!
