Crew Resource Management in New Zealand

Hi all, a quick question, hopefully someone may be able to point me in the right direction. I'm a qualified Brit Army CRM(I) but will be doing CAA accreditation prior to leaving the army next year. My wife and I are looking to emigrate to NZ next year, and I'm just trying to clarify if the aviation industry in NZ has any compulsory training in that field for all pilots (as opposed to the main airlines like Air NZ etc). I'm aware of Naef Ltd but i'm just trying to find out further info. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello Lynxgem coming from NZ myself and currently flying in India I will use a little CRM myself. For starters NZ isn't in South East Asia or the Far East, it is in the South Pacific.
