One day the scale will tip and people will leave in higher numbers. If you are european it hurts like hell right now with a weak dollar. The american dont care, so they will and are coming. I predict an EK with americans and third world pilots (no disrespect) in the future. I am making the same as 7 years ago when I compare. I have to compare because I still own a house back home, which is unsellable at this time.
I'll see how long we will be willing to put up with it. :(
