Hopefully there'll be 1 good response to this question. Well here goes nothing! Has anyone got any tips/information on the NJS interview and selection process? I understand they are currently interviewing people in Adelaide for B717 and 146 slots?
Um...from recent experience just turning up will get you the job!

Sometimes, RU/16, you don't even have to be interviewed! :\

Well I guess I'll congratulate my mate for getting into NJS if all he has to do is turn up when he gets an interview date/time! Anyone else got anything helpful?

A pretty "normal" interview. Just the usual stuff, tell us a few stories, few AIP questions, some good IFR questions and Jepp stuff. They used to have a pysch test. If you fly multi crew IFR now you should know most of the stuff anyway, nothing to tricky. I wouldn't be taking the 146 in light of the current announcement by Skywest!
