Which cockpits in the single/twin turboprop and lightjet (SP) aircraft category have the most room?

Got a 6' 5" (1.98m) client interested in a private aircraft for regular 400nm trips (4 pax) who wishes to fly up front.

I am 6'3" and i flew quite comfortably with a guy 6'6" in a king air 100/200. you can't stand but you can sit w/o too much trouble
