hi there guys/girls

[hoping that i have posted in appropriate forum]

now that this years application deadlines have come to / are coming to a close, i thought i would try and be a bit prepared

next year after completing my exams I am hoping to do an a/c maintenance apprenticeship at the age of 16
so firstly, would I stand a chance at getting in seeing as it is the minimum age?

and second - who is doing an intake for engineering apprentices in sept 09?

Thanks

Virgin Atlantic might be, try keeping an eye on their uk website next april/may time. Of course, time will tell with rising fuel prices etc etc.

You could always fund yourself, try Northbrook College at Shoreham Airport in West Sussex

Atlantic Airlines in Coventry offer an engineering apprenticeship, very good hands- on experience working with the aircraft and you end up with a full B1 license with type- rating afterwards. Not exactly on your doorstep though.
