What the SP on RAK airlines then. Upside/downside? Worth applying? Round terms package?

Ok there are several good jokes around the Arabian Gulf, aviation wise, so could we have a few details of what make RAK particulalry risible!

2 x 757, a third due. (???), plus 737-800s (?) due.

Interesting routes, all to collect cheap labour for the local factory owner.

The new LCC Air Dubai, and the exisitn LCC in UAE are not helping this company.

Howver the company offer a very interesting business, sorry P Ecoc, service, booze, newspapers, etc, etc, plus baseball hat.

Might be relocationg the accom to a rather out of town complex, but apart from that no real info.

sorry.

but remember just because you lease airframes, it makes you no less of an airline.

The "back up" 757, is very often tech, that is also true.

We must all draw our own conclusions.

The new start up, which has very strong support, is AIRDUBAI.

windy should know better......

I dont know just what the long term plan for RAK is, as they were going to start with the subcontinent labour force, (in house).

Then to expand to Europe IT to bring VPI tourists to the new RAK.

There is still a market, in the next two years for these pax, but who knows just what Potty has in mind.
