Try AeroElectric Connection - Aircraft Microphone Jack Wiring (http://www.aeroelectric.com/articles/micjack/micjack.html)

Oops: I've just noticed you want wiring for ANR; you'll need a diagram showing supplies etc. I'll have a trawl.

Are your aircraft modified to supply ANR headsets? If not, it is batteries for you.

So, you have an airline.
Where is the amplifying of the headset produced.
What type of I/C panel are you using.
Is it a NAT-panel?
And a summing amplifier?
You want a VOX-system?
What type of A/C, are you talking about?:)
