Hook Load

Hi All,

Trying to help a friend out and they cannot get into Yahoo Mail...just keeps saying page cannot be displayed.

Also on start up "Hook Load Failed" error pops up.

Any ideas please?

Probably virus / malware.

Try disabling programs in the start up menu to find out which one is causing the "Hook Load Failed" message
