Anyone have info on Duty pay breakdown?

duty pay and per diem ( allowances) are minimal and well below industry standard. expect around 200-400 $/month duty pay , depending on fleet.

And the duty pay starts from pushback not "sign on" which is absolute crap. Could have a very lengthy delay and get payed ZERO extra for all your hard efforts and time.

In fact, because you are now delayed and arrive at your destination later and have a shorter layover, they'll actually take your allowances away!!

WRT overtime, not a fan of the total duty time averaged out over the month either.....and not payed for each individual sector.

Basically it is what you are used to in the States. Same industry, different logo on the tail. European airlines may have better deals but even with duty rigs the US carriers are about the same as CX.
