Do class 2 medical has to be done in Gatwick?

Does the Class 2 Medical has to be done in Gatwick? I will be going to Gatwick for class 1 in march next year, but for now, I need class 2. So..
Could I get it done somewhere in Scotland?

Yeah there are quite a few places that you can get your Class 2 done in Scotland - I had a list of ones all over but have misplaced it. I'm sure someone will suggest somewhere.

Only an initial class 1 (ONE) needs to be completed at Gatwick. Class 2 can be done by AMO (im sure AME is class 1) , anyway GP's who are selected and trained to conduct aero medicals
