I downloaded an FMS sim from the honeywell web site a while ago.

According to the docs to 'fly' the sim, you are supposed to change it to 'nav' mode using the panel under the HSI.

I'v pressed that button and every other one, but it doesn't 'fly' or move. (Windows 98).

Has anyone else here used that software ? ..

Does it work ?

Upstaris,

No that isn't it. It's software that runs right on your PC.
I think it's just a demo, crippled, I gave up on it.

Anyway doesn't matter. I've found something better PIC767 for FS2000 It is unbelieably great for .. $60 canadian. Has about 95% functionality of a real 767, FMS is about 90%, autopilot 99.9% One of the programmers is a real 767 pilot, and he and the rest of the programming team provide real time support on avsim.

I asked about that Honywell link. It's still in testing, the link is just there so they can demo it to customers. If you click on the credit card option, it will say not availabe. Anyway I think the guy said it's going to be around $70.00 canadian / hour !
