How easy is it to start off as a F/A in the Biz Jet World?

Hi All,

Asking this on behalf of a friend . . .

She is 23, looking to start as a F/A, she isn't to fussed if it's Corporate of commercial, she just wants to fly!

She has no experience within the industry, but is really eager and just wants to get her foot in the foot as it were.

Anyone got any advice for her, or does anyone know who she could contact?

From what I have seen it can depend on pure luck, some are selected on "silver service experience", documented experience or, I even met one in Le Bourget that got the job in Luton job centre with no previous. Tell her to just keep applying to all the operators and not give up. Working for quality FBO's can produce good leads.
