Sion in PA31

Hello, was just asked to look at the posibility of taking a PA31 into Sion. Just after some general info and opinions really of anyone who has been in there? Will have to be VFR up the valley.

No problem to fly in there in VMC conditions. Important: Avoid overflying the hospital on final rwy 25 (large orange building) :=

VFR up valley is great fun, can be bumpy.

Also there is an IFR procedure, but you need to have certain pre qualifictaions.

Go up valley, at a rerasonable high level, turn the corner, and see the airport BELOW YOU.
