Nigeria’s Bellview Airlines (http://adserver.adtech.de/adlink%7C289%7C1061239%7C0%7C277%7CAdId=1803887;BnId=2;itime =446621584;key=key1+key2+key3+key4;nodecode=yes;link=http://www.iata.org/ps/publications/wats.htm?sc_cid=PAX1001500)has issued a request for proposals for 34 aircraft comprising long-haul, short-haul and regional types.
Lagos-based Bellview is seeking four Airbus A350-900 (http://www.flightglobal.com/a350xwb) or Boeing 787-9 (http://www.flightglobal.com/787) twin-jets, and 10 Boeing 737 (http://www.flightglobal.com/737)-700/800s or Airbus A319/320s (http://www.flightglobal.com/a320). It is also seeking 20 Bombardier CRJ705 or Embraer 175 (http://www.flightglobal.com/directory/searchresults.aspx?navigationItemId=388&aircraftCategory=CommercialAircraft&manufacturerType=CommercialAircraft&searchMode=keyword&Keyword=embraer+175&Manufacturer=) regional aircraft.
Bellview’s proposed acquisition will include options for four additional widebodies, 10 narrowbodies and 10 regional jets, bringing the potential order to 58 aircraft.
The airline, which currently has just six aircraft – a mix of Boeing 767-200s and 737-200s – says deliveries would be from 2009 to 2020.
It has identified consultant SH&E as an adviser on the fleet-renewal programme and will set up a commission in New York to assess the process.
“The request for proposals will lead to the placement of an order in July 2008 – possibly before the Farnborough Air Show,” a spokesman for the airline claims. “This is the best time to buy aircraft and we are determined to explore new aircraft availability to the maximum.”
Bellview says it has recently raised nearly $1 billion in capital to help support the fleet replacement. The carrier operates to 14 destinations in Africa as well as London.

I think this is a joke,
"KAYODE IS ALIVE AGAIN" we always knew he had some thing under his sleves. I think Bellview need to start by discovering the FDR on flight b3 210, b4 ordering any more aircrafts.
Hope he gets some phantom pilots to fly those airbus 350, or order them with the "remote control option" , so kayode can fly them from his penthouse in bellview plaza.
Its a long race, and you can never teach an old dog new tricks. Good luck to Blue tail, although i dont imagine this will ever happen, with kayode there as CEO.
