Hi all have just got back from a long Citation S2 ferry from Florida USA to South Africa via Canada Iceland, so tired :-)

Caught a schedule back to the UK and got home this PM .This Monday I have to fly a 500 owner to Northern Cyprus.

My problem is that the final destination is an airfield called Ercam in Northern Cyprus. The owner states that he has been there before and that it has a large runway and a published instrument approach but I am failing to find much on it?

Does it have an ICAO code and is it in the usual nav database?

Also any advice on navigation to a Turkish northern Cyprus airport from a south westerly direction much appreciated.

Arrive from Turkish airspace. You CANNOT fly from the south to the north within Cyprus. Do that, and you have no problem. The people there are very friendly and the airport is lovely.

Have a good trip! PS Arrange the fligth beforehand..just give them a call.
