Just heard from a colleague in Tassie that the former founder of Air Charter Services Devonport Dick Foster passed away last week.

Dog One, FYI he was also the approved Cessna dealer for Tasmania in the 1960's.
He sold the Aero Club of Southern Tasmania/Tasair the C206 VH-TSR.
