Anyone know what kind of time non rated F/Os getting hired have and what kind of aircraft types. Any Dash 8 pilots or non jet pilots getting hired?

we have in the past hired non-jet rated pilots and suspect GF will again as reportedly 150+ pilots will be recruited next 12 months...

A ICAO ATPL or a JAA Frozen ATPL
Has a current medical.
Has a total of 1500 hours of which 500 must be multi crew, heavy turbo prop. Minimum weight of 12,500kgs.
Jet experience and Glass cockpit would be preferred
