Looked at the WX for area 30 this morning and suddenly realised that those magic words "For more information please call 03 9669 4850" were no longer present.

Does this service still exist, is the number printed somewhere else?

Is this an Airservices way of saving electrons and printers ink?

Or am I just plain dumb?

The phone number in your post is for the BOM Duty forecaster in Melbourne. Not trying to defend AsA but it might be that the BOM have withdrawn this service or possibly just omitted in error.

Given that AsA and BOM are two independant organisations it seems unlikely, though not impossible that AsA have a hand in this one.:ok:
