AirQuarius negligence- to lose BGW contract

hi all
Ive heard from a reliable source that the contract for the F28's in Iraq is in jeopardy, due to maintenance issues, not providing the compliment of crew and a/c promised.
According to the source AirQuarius use unlicensed "engineers" to work on the aircrafts.
Can anyone tell me if this true please....

As far as crew..... not surprised. Guys and girls are not that happy at the moment. Crew leaving faster than AQ can hire.
