Aviation in Turkey

I would to know how to convert a FAA to a turkish licence. Does anybody have any info about it? Or is it possible to fly there with the FAA licence? JAR?

Need to convert, need to see DGCA in Ankara and write exam in air law. That's it I think, airlines should assist you.
