Why can't I see latest posts?

For the last week or so I've had to click on "Refresh" if I want to see the latest posts on any thread, quite often to see anything that's been posted for the last few hours. It's getting to be quite a nuisance, and it never used to happen. Anyone know why, and what I can do about it?

If you can help, please explain in words of one syllable as I'm not a computer expert!

This proves I should read other threads before asking questions, but I read the beginning of that one and didn't think it was related to mine. Only problem now is - no-one seems to have a solution, only that it's not just me and it's been happening since the website was updated. Should we tell Danny do you think?

On THIS page CLICK Tools on top line.

Click Internet Options then Advanced.

Under BROWSING tick each box EXCEPT 2,5,11,and 13. There are TWO items there that are relevant if not ticked.
