Inserting and Modifying Links

Can someone please assist me with what is a very simple procedure?

I am trying to remember how one goes about inserting a link to a web page/article whilst changing what is displayed on the link.

Not a very well posed question I know so for amplification of what it is I am trying to do;

If I want to post a link to the web page

http://www.I'mADonkeyWhoNeedsSomeHelpWithAComputerProblem.co.uk

but wanted the hyperlink to display

HelpMe

instead of the actual address, how do I go about this?

I have done it in the past but for the life of me cannot remember how anymore.

I have tried searching this web site just in case this topic has come up before, but to no avail -probably not searching for the correct thing.

and remember to use CSS styling to remove the underline, as it will by default be there.
