I heard that a PC12 crashed last week somewhere in the US. Apparently the pilot, the sole occupant, survived to climb out of the wreckage.

The aircraft was being positioned to attend a pre-buy inspection, and I would be pleased to learn about the circumstances of the accident. Anyone have any info?

Check 6,

please can I correct an important aspect of your e-mail. Unless I have misread your information, you appear to suggest that there was a fatality associated with this incident. That is absolutely not the case.

This was a runway excursion due to extreme wind conditions, and the pilot did not even suffer any injuries whatsoever.

Tester07, I do not understand your statement. I did not use the "fatal" word in my post above, not once.

I did however cut/paste the FAA preliminary report that is located at www.faa.gov word for word. The "fatal" category indicates zero (0).

This is the FAA report that I cut/pasted. Please explain your concern because it does not make any sense. I did not email anyone. :)

Actually, it tries to say Crew:1, Fatal:0, etc. Have to say that it is a bit unclear presentation.
