Etihad Cadet Pilot Program

Hi,
I am interested in applying to the Etihad Cadet Pilot program but I was wondering:

1) is the pay scale for the cadet pilots the same as for everyone else?
2) how long after I become a first-officer will I be eligible for command?
3) how hard is it to get command at etihad?
4) would u chose the etihad or singapore airline cadet program if it were up to you?
5) does anyone know of any other cadet programs
