Hiya does anyone know if it's possible to renew a nz instrument rating in the uk on an nz reg'd aeroplane? Is it also possible to do a BGT overseas?
Thanks in advance

I know ASL (NZ) do conduct exams overseas, if they do one in the UK is a different story. In any case you pay a premium for overseas service, but it could be possible to do a BGT...

I would say Yes, I know you can do a New Zealand BFR over there in a NZ registered plane, BUT it would need to be done with someone who has NZ IR renewal privileges.

As for the BGT, try contacting ASL or look on their website to see if they have facilities to deliver exams in your part of the world.
