Malaysian DCA-Visual Acuity

i was told that the UK CAA has changed the eyesight requirement for the class1 medical... -5 dioptres for the initial issue.
how about the Malaysian DCA?Are they doing so right now? or they still stick to the -3dioptres rules?
by the way,who can i speak to in DCA regarding to the eyesight requirement?
Please Help....(im helpless)
