Emirates Cargo Mexico City and press releases question

EK dont show the place on their route map and a press realease said its offline served from Frankfurt and New York through Atlas, Aeromexico and Mexicana but people have ve spotted Emirates livery 747F there, I know Atlas operate the aircraft for EK but if this is allowed, isnt it then an online service.

Also want to know why EK have stopped doing press releases for new freighter destinations, last they did one was for Djibouti in 2007 since then they have launched Hahn, Prague, Zaragoza, Accra, Lagos, Toledo, Mumbai none were announced seprately, a few were just mentioned in a paragraph for the Mexico City launch news.

Their summer 2014 schedules show MEX starting from 2 April with 777F linked to Copenhagen, Zaragoza and Los Angeles which also starts around the same time.

Also in the region they have added Quito and Curacao also 777F linked to Campinas, Amsterdam and Frankfurt, CUR seems to have replaced Dakar for the Campinas service.
