Portable Oxygen Refill - Sydney

I'm after somewhere in Sydney that can do an oxygen refill of a Aerox "M" (22 Cu. Ft.) Cylinder.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Try BOC Gases. They should be able to direct you to the nearest depot or agent.
