In today's "The Straits Times" on page 3, "Families lose suit over SilkAir crash in Indonesia".
"The High Court dismissed a lawsuit against SilkAir by families of six of the 104 people killed when Flight MI 185 crashed in Indonesia, four years ago."
The Judge, Justice Tan Lee Meng concluded that there was "no proof of recklessness or evidence that the crash was caused by the "wilful misconduct" of Capt Tsu or his co-pilot."
