Opps... I guess there would be one for each fleet huh? Well what I am getting at is what is the typical process of getting on board with MAS. How many board interviews? What is the Sim check like? Any info would be appreciated.

Cheers

Not true Pilost. Quite a few have left for greener pastures in the North. Can't really blame them ........ after all, they were in the know about the workings of the Flight Operations Dept. Not exactly an indication of confidence ........

Agreed MD,

But for every chief 'pirate' that leaves there will be tens of tonnes of 'pirates' to take over! :)

Hiya Gnote,

To your question:
1. Who do know on the inside? With everybody with connection grapling for a place, it does help....cos' name's sometimes go missing in the process even if you are selected.

2. Sim-check is dependant on which fleet and which seat, however, the last batch sim ride was on the F50.

3. The so-called pilots involved are :
Capt. Yusoff Nasir
Vice-President Flight Ops.

Capt. Jahudi
Recruitment Manager

The above two "gentlemen" are the overall in charge of recruitment. Best of Luck....

Regards,
jolly
