Found this on the net this morning:

http://www.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/416260/ (pretty funny, some swearing)

Guy going crazy on a flight. Got me thinking, how much of this stuff happens in small aircraft where the pilot can be put directly under duress?

I haven't had any encounters with PAX behaving badly, either being scared or drunk etc... But have heard stories of people losing it on final and row 2 passenger having to hold their arms so they wont interfear with the controls.

Any others?

What was funny about that!
I am sure all involved didn't see it as funny.

What? At the time he was conceived?:}

Seriously though, a few years ago I remember hearing of a quack quack (think it was them) pilot getting hit over the head with a bottle by one of his pax whom he had told to quit drinking. The pax had smuggled the bottle on board and managed to get very drunk.:=

The pilot was badly hurt, just managed to remain conscious and radioed for assistance on landing. The pilot recovered but I was told that he has some serious issues about flying in remote areas again.:(

Someone may know the story far better than me may care to comment.:ok:

That actually looks a little like a prisoner escort situation to me.
Fairly big guys on either side keeping control of him instead of the cabin crew.

Could just be that the crew decided the two big guys were doing a stella job, and then let them do it........ or they could be air marshals. seems the plasticuffs were not working all that well.
I personally think he just heard the cricket scores.

Groot Islandt for a funeral, Bathurst Island for a footy final, not so scary after it becomes a regular event :ugh:
