Hi everyone , I have been invited to attend an interview next coming week for WESTAIR as FO in the ATR42/72 fleet , is there anyone out there who can enlighten me on what to expect :confused: ?,I´m already type rated .

HI!
Went to an interview for the ATR last fall. Nice people, first introduction of company, then some personal questions, some standard Q's like why do you want to work for us, life history/tell us about yoyrself, good/bad sides of your personality and so on.
Had close to 300 hrs. at the time, but only 1 hr. on type, and they told me \
"sorry, but we need someone with more experience on type".
Maybe they changed their minds though, or maybe I've got a lousy personality and they just didn't like me:}?
