Wondering if Korean Air hires pilots fron the
United States? I know they have been hiring direct captians...wondering if they hire F/O's as well.

Just curious...

Afraid not. As with most Asian carriers they usually have laws preventing the hiring of expats as F/O's. Some get around it by calling them cruise captains e.g. China Airlines, Eva - but all of these applicants have some jet command time.
Good luck in the future.

KAL hired a handful of F/O's around 1990. Experiment failed miserably. Infact, litigation ensued with at least one F/O winning a judgement as I recall. Think about being the low man on a KAL totem-pole. I'm shuddering.
