99.9% of all posts are critical of private, corporate, executive operations.

There must be at least one in the Gulf, that has at least one satisfied employee.

I think the required answer is an operator, who pays well, on time, gives job satisfaction, and respect to the staff, office and flight staff.
An enginering section, that can engineer, and a regulatory authority that regulates.
This narrows down the field rather a lot.

SM with the Global, is a good operation. Nice guys, nice aircraft, reasonable owner, and good trips. Enough crew to ensure time off, and good engineering support.
