It's always the same stuff:

What makes you a better pilot?
Why do you want to become a pilot at Brussels Airlines?
They'll ask you about your past.

They'll probably ask to do a simulated intercom announcement for a return to the airport due to technical defects. Weigh your words, don't use words like "problems", etc...

One of the few airlines still paying for your TR, go for it!
And yes, they're desperate for pilots.

thank you very much for your help.
Does anybody knows something else about these tests?or the recruitment process after these theoretical tests?

You'll also have to discuss the answer of a debatable theory question during the interview.
They'll give you a clue at the end of the interview if you pass.

After the interview multi-tasking tests in Germany.

Don't hesitate to call to ask whether you have passed. (if you don't receive any answer 1 week after any phase of the selection).

Hi, came across this thread a little too late.

Does anyone know if Brussels Air are still recruiting? Their minimum requirements?

Cheers
