Just depends on who you work for.
There are plenty of good jobs in the U.S.; it is a matter of keeping things in perspective
The company I fly for provides for a very nice life style, good salaries, guaranteed days off, fixed schedule, profit sharing, annual bonus, stock options,as well as orders for lots of new aircraft.
It is a matter of looking around the market and making decisions for the long term.:)
