Military to Commercial

I am a military pilot based in UAE having ICAO ATP, 5000 hrs TT. Total jet 1100 including 600 on multiengine jets. Assuming that I survive till 65, I have around 20 years of flying left and I want to get into airline/corporate flying. Preferably, I would like to stay within the Middle East.
Anybody in a similar situation? Looking for honest opinion and sincere advise/suggestions. No sarcasm please.

Try Royal Jet if not them try TAG Aviation, they fly VVIPs and a mil background wouldn't hurt.
